No need to clear space to attach your embroidery unit: it simply drops into place from above. Hoops also click in easily from the top, while the hooped fabric stays steady under the needle. First guide the hoop under the presser foot, then attach it with a simple click. With this design, you can focus on one step at a time.

With free-arm embroidery, it is easier than ever to personalize ready-made items. Embroider on tubular pieces such as baby clothes, bags, and pillowcases without having to take the seams apart.

Quick Quilt Settings with Bobbin Pick-Up 
Quilting in embroidery often requires multiple adjustments for a clean front, back, and hidden knots. With the new feature, just check a box in the stitch-out dialog and start quilting. The machine will turn off ActivStitch™ Technology, increase thread tension, turn off automatic cut and activate bobbin pick-up.

 

Hoop Scanning  
Easily align your design with what’s already in the hoop—whether it’s seams, fabric patterns, or previously stitched motifs. View a preview of the finished result on screen and adjust thread colors to complement the background for a perfectly balanced result.

Exact Position with Scaling
Adjust your design’s position and rotation with stitch-point accuracy, reducing the time and effort spent on perfect hooping. If any elements extend beyond the hoop limits, with improved Exact Position you can now easily scale the design to fit. Previously you had to go back to Embroidery Edit to scale, and loose all positioning work done in Exact Position while doing so.

Create 9mm stitches or edit built-in stitches for unlimited creativity and customization of your projects.

Projected Guidance  
See your stitch on fabric before stitching for perfect placement or project lines and grids to easily align stitching.
