Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and foot pedals to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
